The Blueprint (one-time diagnostic)

The Blueprint is a fixed-fee diagnostic. Once the work has started, the fee is not refundable, because the work is the deliverable. It is, however, credited back in full against your first invoice if you continue with The Build or The Partnership. If you cancel before any work has started, you receive a full refund.

The Build (monthly engagement)

Monthly fees cover work already scheduled and delivered in that month and are not refundable once the month has started. You can end the engagement at the end of any agreed term. We do not bill past the end of your agreement.

The Partnership

Base fees follow the same rule as The Build. The growth share only applies to results above the baseline we agreed in writing, so there is nothing to refund by design: if the growth is not there, the share is not owed.

Digital downloads

Free downloads, such as The Roofing Lead Gen Blueprint, carry no charge and need no refunds.

A note on guarantees
